- Securing a satisfactory resolution of Listed Building Enforcement Notices and Repairs Notices either threatened or served.
Public Sector, NGOs and Building Preservation Trusts:
- Advice upon and processing Listed Building and Conservation Area Applications especially where Local Planning Authorities lack a full time specialist architect.
- Full or part service with respect to English Heritage’s ‘Stopping the Rot’ campaign including project management, Repairs Notices and Listed Building Enforcement Notices, utilising and setting up preservation trusts, plus securing grants and loans together with negotiations with all parties.
